About William
William Ferguson has dedicated over three decades to serving the community of Sugar Land and beyond. Beginning his career as a Texas Police Officer in 1992 with the City of Stafford, William has built a life centered on service, integrity, and progress. As a proud father of two and devoted husband for over thirty-one years, William understands the importance of family and community. His tenure on the Sugar Land City Council has been marked by a commitment to transparent leadership, meaningful development, and advocating for every resident’s voice to be heard.
Now, as a candidate for Sugar Land Mayor in 2025, William is ready to take the next step in his journey of service.
